we draw from different modalities because we believe there’s no “one size fits all” approach to creating and maintaining balance. sometimes you need movement, sometimes insights, sometimes perspective, sometimes stillness, sometimes silence, sometimes touch.

providing you with a safe space to relax
all reiki and massage appointments will take place in our cozy home studio; picture a private room with large windows, plants, fairy lights, crystals, soothing music, essential oil diffusers, and soft linens. ease into your personalized session, then enjoy a complimentary tea or water to-go.
we believe that your immediate environment contributes to your ability to relax, and relaxation allows the body to heal. though we’ve created this studio space with intention and attention, the treatment itself will always take priority over ambiance.

our studio space is located in odessa, ontario. reiki and massage sessions are only offered in-person, at this location. astrology sessions are only offered virtually, though some workshops/courses are offered in-person, at this location. yoga sessions are offered both virtually, and in-person at select locations throughout kingston and surrounding areas.
all prices are listed in canadian dollars, and do not include hst; this tax will be added at checkout. our services are not covered by ohip.
