these classes feature slow, fluid sequences, oftentimes moving between floor and standing postures. the emphasis is on linking the movement to the breath, moving mindfully. a perfect blend of effort and ease.

gentle
designed for individuals of all ages and abilities. these classes focus on slow, mindful movements and accessible poses, oftentimes staying close to the ground (seated, kneeling, prone, supine). the emphasis is on stretching, improving flexibility, and building strength. these classes are a great opportunity to ease into a yoga practice that feels supportive.

restorative
designed for deep relaxation and stress reduction, with an emphasis on stillness and comfort. these classes involve remaining in floor-based postures for extended periods of time with ample support of props. there is little movement required here.

yin
these classes feature passive, floor-based postures held for extended periods of time (3-10 minutes). props are frequently used for support and accessibility. the emphasis is on targeting deep connective tissue like fascia, ligaments, tendons, and joints to release tension, and improve flexibility and range of motion.

nidra
often referred to as “yogic sleep”, these classes emphasize a meditation technique used to promote deep relaxation and a state of conscious awareness between waking and sleeping. perfect before bed, lay down and ease into the guided body scan and visualizations for a restful night.

pre/post natal
designed specifically for pregnant women and/or new mothers. poses are often modified. prenatal classes focus on strengthening muscles needed for childbirth, promoting relaxation and stress relief, and overall wellbeing. postnatal classes aid in recovery, restoration of physical strength and flexibility, pain relief, and increasing energy levels. both classes provide a supportive environment for mothers to connect with others and share experiences.

vinyasa flow
these classes feature dynamic, energetic, quicker paced sequences, oftentimes more physically demanding. the emphasis is on linking the movement to the breath and flowing continuously through postures. a great opportunity to increase muscle strength and endurance, improve focus, and feel challenged.

meditation
these sessions are designed for those curious about meditation and those with an already established practice. a great opportunity to observe the mind, find stillness, cultivate peace, and create community. the emphasis is on breath work, grounding, and stillness practices. there is no “right” way to meditate; choose any comfortable position for these sessions and build upon your meditation practice each week.
